About the Company
Relentless Process Improvement LLC. believes that real progress happens when people feel supported, included, and empowered, not pressured or dictated to. Our approach is rooted in partnership, meeting you exactly where you are and helping your organization grow at the pace that aligns with your culture, capacity, and long-term vision. Rather than overwhelming teams with tools they’re not ready to use, we focus on building clarity, confidence, and practical capability within your existing structure.
With extensive experience in manufacturing improvement, problem solving, strategic planning, productivity enhancement, and operational efficiencies, we bring a hands-on understanding of how work truly gets done. Our role is to help uncover barriers, clarify priorities, and develop solutions that stick, because they’re built with your people, not forced on them. Every engagement is guided by trust, transparency, and a genuine investment in your success. We don’t just provide tools; we help build practitioners and stronger leaders for the future.
Helping Businesses Improve Without the Cost of Full-Time Support

Whether you’re addressing inefficiencies, solving persistent problems, or preparing for strategic change, we provide the guidance and partnership to help your organization move forward with confidence.
Our mission is simple: help your team build capability while achieving measurable improvement, without unnecessary complexity. We work within your culture, strengthen your existing processes, and empower the people who make your business run every day. With us, you gain a trusted ally who is committed to long-term success, practical solutions, and sustainable progress.
About The Founder
Mark Waggoner, Board Member at the Western Region of Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), is a Plant Manager at Atkore International and a dedicated practitioner of Lean principles, with a passion that has spanned more than three decades. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in both operations management and Lean leadership roles, allowing him to understand how each discipline complements the other. Mark firmly believes that this combination is essential for promoting a successful transformation toward a true problem-solving culture – one that highlights respect for people and encourages continuous learning at every level of the organization.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mark currently serves on the Association for Manufacturing Excellence Western Region Board as the Chairperson for Programming, where he helps guide educational opportunities and supports the growth of Lean communities. He has presented at two AME International Conferences, sharing practical insights drawn from real-world application. In 2008, while working for a major manufacturer of engineered metal wear parts and components in the Pacific Northwest, he presented on the benefits of cross-training line leadership across multiple departments, particularly in understanding and serving as their internal customers.
In 2020, during his time with one of the largest window manufacturers in the Northwest, Mark contributed to the Dallas AME International Conference by demonstrating how daily accountability can strengthen leaders’ practical use of Lean manufacturing and structured problem solving.
Mark brings a passion for creating a culture where Lean can genuinely thrive – an environment where learning is embraced, challenges are surfaced rather than hidden, and problem identification and resolution become everyday habits. Whether through his extensive experience in foundry operations, supporting machining processes within rifle scope manufacturing, or serving in quality, maintenance, and Lean leadership roles in commercial plastics and PVC pipe extrusion, Mark’s career has been defined by his ability to reduce waste while elevating people and reinforcing the core values of Lean.
